#1 I'm looking in to, FYI I have 53353 running on a 2008 R2 enterprise X64 server [HP DL series server] as a client to a x64 2003 server [I know thats different then yours] with no such crashes, my hunch is that we will need a dump file from drwatson to troubleshoot this one. For now lets concentrate on #2socket connect errors are usually caused by one of the nodes, either master or client, which has multiple ip addresses. Even if there is only one NIC in use on each node please run an ipconfig on each node just to be sure that for example there are no virtual network adapters. If there are you need to tell the software which adapter to use with these instructions:http://yt.barracudaware.com/Default.aspx?ID=1596&searchterms=bind&action=viewkb&pageid=33

The best way to troubleshoot a problem like this is to grab a dump of the runtime error with drwatson.

This crash is not a known problem, our developers would need a dump file to figure out what is going on. I can provide an ftp site if you are able to generate it.

Also the build 8.8.02.53957 does not resolve this problem.I can not create a backup. All systems are installed as the master server

Sorry for the delay we have been doing some testing on our side which is still ongoing to see if we can reproduce the problem. If either of you are able to grab a dump file could you upload it to:ftp://eng-ftp.yosemitetech.net/2008R2%20Hyper-V/support / support2007Also there is a similar posting in this forum from another member who seems to think he found a fix himself, think this applies to either of you?http://forum.barracudanetworks.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=14614

I've uploaded my collected dump files to the FTP-server. The filename is: neg-bo_crashdump20100118.zipThe other posting you are mentioning is about a BSOD which I haven't seen so far. Nevertheless I'm using a Nehalem Xeon 5500 series based server aswell, so I will give the hotfix a try.
