I have messages from one client that constantly gets blocked. When you check the headers the rule break down has unbalanced body tags, html, images with more than ????? words but the trigger is Custom Rule TG?????. I only have a few custom rules and none of these match the pattern of the email. Is there a way from the header to see what the custom rule pattern match is??

Custom rules are proprietary to Barracuda, the only thing you can do is open a Support Case and have them look at a false-positive to adjust the rule. In my experience you won't be told what the rule does. Support can help you create appropriate white-list entries, or pass your information to the FP team for resolution.
