We have an SSL VPN 380 that has a permanent message on the status page for the ssladmin user saying that it "Cannot contact the SNMP Agent. This page requires a running SNMP Agent on the Host Server."

anyone seen this before?

thanks in advance

This is a currently open bug that we've not yet been able to recreate. It appears that in some instances the SNMP daemon may fail to start, which on a model 380 as it doesn't support external SNMP messages does not have as great an impact. All you will be missing will be two of the graphs for data throughput on the status page.

If you contact support and arrange to open a support tunnel they can take a look at your system and have a look why the SNMP daemon isn't running and very possibly fix it up quickly for you.
