Hi There

We recently built a new SQL server and we are trying to back it up using YSB 9.0.0.1.

The server is running Windows Server 2008 and SQL Standard 2012.

In YSB we can see the instance but the individual databases are not showing, I haven't tested but I presume this means we will not be able to recover the database on it own instead we would have to restore the whole instance?

Can anybody help us try to get the databases to show.. is it a rights thing or something in SQL that we need to change?

Many thanks

Robbie

Is SQL Server 2012 supported by YSB?

Yosemite Server Backup does support SQL 2012. I would recommend contacting our support team for assistance with the configuration of your SQL backups. Support can be contacted via email at support@barracuda.com.

We have some SQL 2012 servers and our YSB seems to see them OK.
