I have migrated a SBS 2003 to windows 2008 R2 and have now problems with authenticating our ts users (on terminal server 2003) with NTLM.
When I configure the Barracuda Webfilter 310 to authenticate the users against our 2008 R2 DC, they receive a popup box (connect to XXX.XXX.XXX;XXX) asking for credentials if they open Internet Explorer. When I change the authentication back to our old SBS 2003 DC the problem goes away.

I have no problem with the NTLM search in the exceptions tab, the users are found correctly on the 2008 R2 DC.
Internet Explorer on the terminal server is configured with a proxy (ip address of the Barracuda) and port 3128, because hybrid mode is used (NTLM and LDAP). Before changing the DC, this has always worked without problems.

Firmware version on the Barracuda 310 is 4.2.

Anyone has any idea what is wrong here?
