Please note: A spam definition was sent out which caused valid emails to be scored higher than normal. The issue has been resolved with a newer spam definition as of 1:32 PST. Two rules were being fired causing emails to scored incorrectly.
  • UPPERCASE_75_100_2
If these rules are shown in your message log or all emails were being scored over 3.5 the appliance was affected by this definition.

Please go to Advanced -> Updates and verify the spam definition version on the appliance. The issue is addressed in version If this version listed is not, please update to this version to correct the issue.

I'd like to comment also that any of these messages can easily be redelivered to the recipient via the message log interface if needed.
