we ran into the following problem. we are an IT party witch use the spam filter for all our costumers, there is no problem. But we have also some co-it parties witch we want to grant access to the spamfilter to manage there own domains. but here is the problem. we can only choose between domain admin or helpdesk user.
The problem the domain admin is capable to change everything in the spam filter. but the helpdesk user is only capable to see the log's and sent marked spam as good, or whitelist.
What we need is a role between that. capable of managing there own created domains and changed the settings for those domains, for example the destination address. off course the main admin should be able to maintain all domains.
so our feature request is to create a role, for example sub-admin. witch can do the following at least
- able to create there own domain
- manged these domains as it where the master admin
- would be nice to be able to branding them to there own choice
- not able to see the domains create by the master admin, unless the master admin gave acces to that.
