It should be possible to configure an automatic email notification, when a mail will be forwarded to the global quarantine mailbox.
The destination email address for this notification email should be
a) an email address of a specific user or group (for example: helpdesk@customer.com) or
B) the recipient of the mail, which was moved to the global quarantine mailbox.
This is a "must have" for one of our customers
