I recently created an iOS (iPhone/iPad) app called College Flock. It's open to people with valid .edu email addresses only, so I use a simply activation link sent to the .edu email users specified to confirm that they are real members of a college.

The email I send out contains a link similar to the following:

http://collegeflock.com/activate.php?token=892348932udj238jd8923dj8239dj982j398j8d

Recently, all emails my server sends out that contain "collegeflock.com" link are marked as ZeroHour Intent spam. If I remove the link, my emails get through just fine. This, however, defeats the original purpose of sending out the email.

Is there an appeals process to get the link "collegeflock.com" from being marked as spam?

I also need to have a domain removed from zerohour intent.

thismsg.com

We have own multiple companies that deal with competing customers.

To simplify our newsletter system, we moved over to amazon ses and setup thismsg.com for all our customers to use instead of multiple different phplist installations.

Please and thank you!
