Is there a way to unblock a specific url rather than unblocking the domain. I have URL patterns setup to look at the end of a string for .exe. Problem is when trying to download Microsoft office clipart the URL is http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidAwsDglx?clid=1033&ver=12&app=winword.exe, which is blocked becuase of the exe. Is there a way to just exclude this URL and not the entire microsoft.com domain?

Hey matt,

You can definetly exempt this via creating a 'URL Based Exception' via the Block/accept -> Exceptions tab while keeping the domain block in place

Simply configure who it applies to and any other options such as time and let us know if you have any troubles!

Are you talking about URL patterns becuase there is no option for URL based, these are the exception types I have.

Domains
URL Patterns
MIME Type
Content Filter
Applications
Web App Control
Search Terms
All Web Traffic

Hi there,

Can Barracuda confirm that Spyware.Exploit.BRTS in http://www.letratec.ptis a false positive?

Although we have putted in allowed domains, it's still blocking the access.

Thanks and Kind Regards
