We utilize a Anti-spam 100 for our email server. We also have a number of customers that utilize barracuda products for email security. All of us (ourselves and customers) utilize the outbound encryption option to prevent leakage of medical information.

Is there a way to configure/enable a confederation of trust between barracuda network users to allow for the bypassing of outbound email encryption based on knowing the receiving domain is also a current anti-spam user?

Currently we are handling this on a one off basis by bypassing the out scanning altogether by sending out through a separate Hub Transport in exchange to a manually created list of verified domains. This works in the short term for a small list, but would prefer an alternative where this was automatically checked on an ongoing basis by Barracuda.
