We currently use Fonality phone system which is a hybrid hosted solution (managed server but on premise).  All of our remote users have call quality issues.  Fonality suggests disabling all sip/alg settings and I know we had done that years back but I can't seem to find that setting anymore.  Is it in the hidden setup?  Also, does anyone else have any issues with remote voip phone traffic passing through the link balancer (we are using it as our firewall as well)?
