Outbound IP is outside of LAN

In looking at my Outbound page, why would I have some e-mail trying to go out that has IP addresses outside of our LAN?  The only addresses I would want that to say are those of our e-mail servers, no?

It's spammers trying to use your Barracuda as a relay.

They show up on Outbound because the intended recipient is outside your organization.
