Hello All,

I noticed my Link Balancer has been acting funny lately, reporting that network usage is 1% and I believe its somehow related to the fact that the time/date is way off from what it should be. At this current moment, it says the time/date is: 2014-09-27 14:28:17

I've tried resetting the time zone and rebooting twice with no fix. The ntp address is the same one as we use on our Barracuda Spam & Firewall 300, which has the correct time, so I do not believe it is a blocked port. Regardless port 123 is open in the firewall.

Is there any way to manually set the time, or manually force a NTP update?

Thank you,

Yes, it is possible to manually force a NTP update through a support session and there is a feature in the pipeline which will provide that option in the GUI.

Please open a support case with Barracuda TAC by writing to support@barracuda.com and our Support Engineers will examine the issue.
