We record our customer service calls.  If one of those customer service reps transfers the call to someone else, the recording continues.  When the recording is played back, both calls can be heard.  So far, so good.  If, however, the transferee fails to pick up the transfer and the call goes to voicemail, no voice recording is saved.  It "looks" as if the recording has been saved.  We see the play button displayed, but when we click on it, there is nothing there.  If we download the sound file, it shows a size of 0. Is this a bug or are our settings off?
