Quarantine notification options of once per day, weekly etc are too limiting. Same goes for outgoing quarantine. Both need a 2 X per day option please or even better--infinitely adjustable.

Customers complain of email waiting in quarantine too long and they don't want to have to go log in and check it constantly.

We're currently working around this lack of functionality for the Outbound Quarantine by parsing syslog and using a perl script to send notifications to mail admins when something is quarantined.  It works, but it's kinda ugly. It'd be nice if this was a built-in feature rather than something users had to hack together ourselves.

If anyone can use, a syslog-ng filter to catch these (this one's specific to attachment content - reference is at https://techlib.barr...Spam+Firewall):

filter f_cudaOutQuar {
        host (your.cuda.ip.address);
        and ( match(" 6 79 " value("MESSAGE")) );
You'd probably want to look at your logs and maybe be checking for " 3 XX " as well.

You can set up multiple notifications a day by separating it with a comma (,).

For example at "Notification Start Time" put in "09:00,15:00" to send a notification at 09am and at 3pm.

Please note that sending multiple quarantine notifications per day may affect system performance

Thanks for this. I guess it would be good for me to read the instructions right on the page. :-)
