Hello everyone,

I've got A Spam Barracuda Firewall 400 in version 6.1.5.006

I'm trying to install a certificate signed by our trusted CA (internal to our organisation).

The SSL Certificate Configuration is "Trusted (Signed by a trusted CA)

Then  I uplad the certificat (in *.cer extension) into the spam FW.

However, one I want to use it, the status of the certificate displays:

Missing chainfile, untrusted

I don't see any way on upload the intermediate Root Certificat from our CA into the Barracuda.

I've tried to copy into the server certificat file the intermediate certicat so the fila appears as:

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
(the signed certificate, several lines of indecipherable text with no spaces)
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
(the intermediate Root CA certificate, several lines of indecipherable text with no spaces)
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

Still, that doesn't change anything?

Any clue about how to resolve this case?

Thank you
