I am concerned that the new antivirus agent for Exchange 2013 is a transport agent instead of a mailbox scanner. Usually we rely on the Exchange 2010 Antivirus agent to remove viruses that were missed by the barracuda appliance when it rescans the messages with updated definitions. Now it will only catch items that are forwarded and I will have to manually remove the original offending messages (If I can catch them in time). Is anyone else bothered by this as well?
