For those who wanted a better (less tedious) method of installation using the terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:paolorotolo/copy
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install copy

This installs the copy agent AND associates a link in the app menu in Accessories.
(but the best part about this is automated updates through PPA)

There's also a command that supposedly installs the overlay icons for Nautilus and Caja,
but I use XFCE/Thunar and it doesn't work for me... :P

sudo /opt/copy-client/CopyAgent -installOverlay

The only major problem I have with this is the tray icon is just the basic blue-bg icon that doesn't notify you when copy is syncing or is paused.
