I configured IPSec w/ PSK and NGFLocal for customer`s users that are using iOS devices and I'm wondering if it is possible to assign static IP to such client.

Is it possible to assign a static IP in such setup?

i guess you want to have the static IP to create Firewall Rules ???

You don't need a static IP if you see the Users unter Firewall/Users if they are connected. Then you can build Firewall Rules based on the Infos you see in this Firewall/Users Tab.

You crate a Rule per User with the VPN-Client-IP-Range of the IPSEC-Clients as a source and add the User as an additional Option to the Firewall Rule.

The Best is to create a User-Object in the Firewall Objects with "VPN User Pattern" matchin either for Each VPN User Name or with a VPN Group Name or for a list of VPN-Users and use then ths object in the Firewall Rules.

Then this Rule only matches if the User is authenticated and the User Name Condition matches. You can Even restrict it to VPN-Only or to a specific VPN-Server.
