Hey Guys,

Background:

I was recently pulled in by a client who has a Barracuda Web Filter they are using and it is meeting most requirements with out complaints.

How ever one thing they are asking me about is the manual user authentication needed everytime a browser is launched. In their environment they are already succesfully using LDAP Authentication so the User only needs to enter his AD account again to gain access.

Problem:

The hope is to find a way to authenticate users based on their PCs account and not challenge them manually each time. Is this possible?

System:

I am currently using:

Model: 610
Virus Definition v3.6.0.6898
Content Filter Definition v2.2.599

Spyware Definition v1.0.1408

Application Definition v1.0.131

Firmware v8.1.0.003 (2014-12-09 12:11:04)

Thank-You,
Joshua
