Barracuda 340 - OWA - Your session has timed out.

I am gettign the folliowing message when using the 340 via OWA on Exchange 2010:


Your session has timed out. To protect your account from unauthorized access, the connection to your mailbox is closed after a period of inactivity. Please re-enter your user name and password.


This is only since i have re-set them up due to moing all exchange servers and NLB to new network.


Access to OWA does work as if i browse to one of the CAS servers instead of the VIP address it works fine.

Hello Scott,


Is it working through the LB when only one real server is enabled under the OWA service? if yes, it could be a persistence issue. Please share the following details


- Persistence type and persistence time under the OWA service

-Persistence type and persistence time under OWA, ECP rule group.

-Session timeout value under the OWA service.
