We have two Barracuda backup devices Model: BBS 690, both running firmware version 6.0.06. They were originally both on the same local site while we were testing them, had no issues with synchronisation.
We have now moved one of the devices to a remote site and since then the devices cannot see each other, wont synchronise, wont ping etc.
The default routers on both sites have the correct routes in place and we can ping any other device on both sites over the WAN. We can also ping both devices locally, so its definitely an issue with the WAN. Has anyone come across this issue before.
