I've installed a new ssl to replace an expired cert. The status shows OK and in use on the secure administration page, but from a browser, it still shows the expired ssl as active. Do I need to restart the device or reload the configuration?

Hi Ron,

We'd recommend you clearing out the cache on your browser.. try chrome incognito mode etc to ensure it isn't a cache issue

You've probably already done this but don't forget to choose the new cert in the service config.

Service config? Is there a place other than the Secure Administration page?

Does the certificate have to be sha1?
