Hi,Just received and installed the new 610 model with system firmware version 1.0.22. It works well at picking up spyware and adware but we can't get to servers residing in the DMZ zone on our firewall through HTTP. The Barracuda sits between our Cisco Firewall and our Cisco core switch. Servers are up and running. Have access to them when conecting using FTP or HTTPS which indicates that is not a routing issue. The Barracuda displays version 1.0.21 as the only "available" firmware update for the system??? Until this is resolved, I have to put the Barracuda in soft bypass mode which is not good. Thanks for your help...

Hi, Can you please call us here at Tech support to get you on the new 1.1.3 firmware, that same firmware will enable you to exempt an IP of a server. By exempting the IP of your servers in the DMZ, you will be able to connect to them.Thank YouJohnBarracuda Techincal Support
