Greetings from Barracuda Networks,

This notice is regarding the Barracuda Message Archiver Cloud Relay (BMACR). We have identified an issue where messages were being rejected from the BMACR service with an NDR (Non-Delivery Recipient) from around 6:00PM on Saturday 8/22 until 8/31 around 1:00PM EST. 

If you use the BMACR service, we request that you redeliver any emails that are not on your Barracuda Message Archiver. As a precaution, please redeliver any mail that was received between or on 8/22 to 8/31. Barracuda is here to assist with this. If you require assistance redelivering mail, please call into Barracuda Technical Support (1800-ANTI-SPAM)


We have addressed the issue causing this and have measures to prevent this from occurring in the future.
