Usage report - date range?

Thought I'd start with a post here before submitting a support ticket.

We're looking for a good source of historical email volume data (e.g., messages or MB per year) to do some capacity planning.   Our archiver is the natural best choice for this.


All of the documentation I can find for the usage report notes that it should prompt for a date range.  e.g.,


and the online help.  

However, when I select the usage report from the dropdown list in the UI, the date fields become disabled.   I can only get high level usage data for the past year.   I was hoping to run this report for each year in the last 5-6 years.

Currently on FW 4.0.1.  We normally wouldn't upgrade to 4.1 so soon after it's release, and I didn't see anything in the release notes about this.

Yes, right now the report is only for the last year. I have added your post to the Feature Request we had opened recently asking for the same thing. The Feature Request number is BNMA-9663. You can use this number when talking to Sales or Support to get updates on this request.
