Starting at 9:15am EST on 9/30 customers were unable access the management portal via webfiltering.barracudanetworks.com. The outage was related to an upstream(ISP) route change that was not previously informed to Barracuda Networks operations. The routing issue was corrected as of 9/30 11:30am EST and no web filtering traffic was affected at this time.
The webfiltering.barracudanetworks.com management portal is working as normal now, but the Ops team will monitor it closely as well as work with the ISP to prevent future occurrences.
