Barracuda Phone System Firmware is now 100% EA

Barracuda Phone System firmware is now 100% EA as of today.  This firmware resolves several bugs encountered in the field and by QA.  This release is identical to the previous EA release with the inclusion of the bolded items below:


  • Feature: Added provisioning for Patton models 4312/JO, and 4970/1E15V/1E24V/1E30V. [BNPH-11934, BNPH-11200, BNPH-11257]
  • Enhancement: Communication Command Center now supports drag and drop call transfers and call origination. [BNPH-393]
  • Enhancement: Increased performance of page loading times with stronger compression. [BNPH-11408]
  • Fix: Rename 'Call Control Client' to 'Communication Command Center'. [BNPH-12262]
  • Fix: Block Malicious User-Agents. [BNPH-12221]
  • Fix: Corrected appearance of diagnostic progress state. [BNPH-12009]
  • Fix: Corrected average wait time and abandoned percent calculation in statistical reports. [BNPH-12233, BNPH-12278]
  • Fix: Corrected behavior of action set management within FindMe and Advanced Call Routers. [BNPH-12211]
  • Fix: Corrected behavior of previous week aggregation in statistical reports. [BNPH-11729, BNPH-11743]
  • Fix: Improved compatibility with certain PRI providers. [BNPH-11264]
  • Fix: Resolved inability to answer queue calls from the Communication Command Center. [BNPH-12315]
  • Fix: Improved LDAP import when database is in inconsistent state. [BNPH-12332]
  • Fix: Resolved ability to transfer calls from the Communication Command Center when in ringing state. [BNPH-12326]
  • Fix: Inbound caller ID name is now delivered to B leg if present in A leg. [BNPH-12310]
  • Fix: Resolved incorrect hangup behaviour in certain Advanced Call Router scenarios. [BNPH-12335]
  • Fix: Resolved system instability issue during .wav to .mp3 transcoding. [BNPH-12409]

This maintenance release has been performing very well in the field and has been released to 50% of customers as GA.  Assuming no issues are discovered, expect a 100% GA release  relatively soon.
