CAN NOT LOG INTO ACCOUTN

Dear Sir,

 

I am unable to log into my account and there is a syncing problem, un expected http status 504.

 

Please help.

Hello Dean,

 

Are you still not able to log in to your account?

 

We had a hiccup before we pushed our new web release yesterday this could have been what you were experiencing.

Hi Mitch,

 

I am able to log in but we are having other problems.  I deactivated a company user and I cannot reactive him.  Also, If I delete a user will the company files be deleted?  If so, how do I change their ownership?  Also, my desktop app is stuck on downloading file list.  We need help.  Please note that I am a paid user.

I can't log into my main PC since two days but still can on another PC; yet there are sync problems.

Please give advise
