I cannot log into my main account

login invalid username

Hello,

 

I have sent a couple of messages to the Copy support team. My main account is under an email I no longer have access and now I cannot reset the expired password. Please help.

I have the same problem whit my account (t.paliaga@email.it). How i can resolve it?

Essentially the same problem. The username/password combination of my partner (100% sure they are correct) is not accepted and Copy.com does not reply to e-mail messages requesting a new password.
