For the spam firewall on making custom content filters we have these tips on creating filters:

Keyword / pattern filter tips:
- Regular expressions allowed (press help button to learn more about regular expressions)
- One word/phrase per line
- Patterns are not case sensitive
- Special characters must be preceded by a backslash (\) to be taken literally (i.e. "\*")
  Special characters include:  .   [   ]   \   *   ?   $   (   )   |   ^   @
- Do not use capitalized characters classes such as \W or \S. Instead negate their lowercase opposite (i.e. [^\w] or [^\s])

I've tried to figure out how to include 2 phrases in a content filter.  I've had some issues with false positives that I think can be eliminated if I can specify 2 phrases on a content filter.

Hi Utah,

Can you provide an example of "2 phrases" ? DO you mean like 2 words/strings inside a sentence?

I think I have a similar question as Utah.  The higher ups want to tag any email that contains BOTH money and wire anywhere in the email.  I can't figure out if there's an easy way to do that.

Hi Charlie,

One of the ways could be

money.*wire  however this may have limitations in terms of the words being reversed etc . I will add your request to our  feature request for blocking based on multiple keywords etc

Any update on this?  I am also looking for a way to whitelist emails based on two keywords in the subject.

I don't suppose there's an update to this old topic is there?  How do I get added to that feature request so I know if it's been included?

Thanks

Charlie
