Interface port 7 has disappeared

Strange problem on a cluster of two FWs at the Headquarters.


I tried to activate a new network conf on FW2 (same conf on the FW1), refused because the interface port 7 has disappeared (no change on the conf of the int port 7)


=> required interface port7.150 not found

=> required interface port7 not found

=> Command failed Cannot find device "port7"


Indeed when i watch in network/interface, I do not see anymore the Int port 7.

Physically, the port is orange and connected in a switchport, no change...So where is this interface ?

With SSH with the command line acpfctrl device , the port 7 does not appear...there is a command line to reset this interface ?

please check if you don't have dhcp enabled on port7 in Box Network by any chance. If not, please send your PAR file and Network/Activation logs to support team.
