Copy Account Access

Earlier today, we have identified and fixed an issue that prevented some Copy/CudaDrive users from resetting their password or confirming their email address. If you encountered these issues, please try again.

You haven't fixed anything as far as I can see. I have had to create this bogus account just to make comment that it may be your prerogative to close the "Copy" system but please do it without creating unease. being placed in a loop and not being able to access accounts creates great suspicion.

 

I am grateful for what services I was able to utilize whilst copy was active but I am really pissed about the end process.

Can you please provide more information on the issues you're encountering ? Are still not able to receive the reset password email ? Can you please check your Spam folder  ?
