All the files of from the folder Projects/Poverty disappeared. Although there are 3 (out of more than 20) folders inside of the folder now. They do not have the files inside of it anymore. I did not delete them, but they disappeared in the last 24 hours.

I tried to recover them following

But it did not work. There was nothing to be recovered. I have send a request to the email:

But I still did not get an answer.

Please help me, as this is extremely important and urgent for me.

My email address is juanriosriver@gmail.com

Thank you,

I have emailed you requesting your phone number to reach out to you please check your email so we can discuss how to retrieve your missing files.

If you accidentally remove data from your workstation's Copy folder and a version of the data is still present in the Barracuda Copy Cloud web interface, you can download the cloud-based copy of the data to your workstation.
It is important to be aware how long data deleted from your workstation is retained in the Barracuda Copy Cloud before it is purged. For cloud retention policy details, see Copy Data Retention.
You have two other options:
1. From the Copy agent and the file on the PC.
Right-click the Barracuda Copy icon in your system tray (Windows), and click Preferences:
In the Preferences window, click Manage My Files:
in the Manage My Files window, click the Undelete tab.
All of your deleted files display. Select the files you want to recover:
n the Manage My Files window, click the Undelete tab.
All of your deleted files display. Select the files you want to recover:
2. To recover deleted content:
Click the CudaDrive icon on your system tray, and click Open Website.
Navigate to the folder from which the content was deleted, click Show Deleted Items (show_deleted.png), and click on the deleted item.
Click Restore at the top of the view:
The Restore Confirmation dialog box to restore the deleted content:
Click Restore; the Success notification displays:
