From my testing of 3.1.3.120 it looks like it updates Yealink firmware which is great news, but I think also worthy of the release notes? Surprise updates of phone firmware on a large system aren't so fun.

Maybe this was the release note.

I agree with you Steven.  I don't like surprises.

 

If there is anything that should be included in release notes it is end-point firmware updates.

It appears that BPS 3.1.3.120 pushes Yealink firmware 28.80.0.70 to several models.

 

In addition to new firmware breaking the SLA+Barge feature thread I've found another bug where 28.80.0.70 borks BLF lights on sidecar expansion units connected to a Yealink T46G.

Support set our BPS up to deliver the very latest Yealink firmware, 28.80.0.95 (2016-01-22), to our T46Gs on reboot and testing has went well.

Our Police Department had the same issue as above on their 610 using their T46 phones. The solution was to update to an even later firmware of Yealink as listed above.
