Starting on Thursday March 17 after 2AM, customers may have experienced a cosmetic issue where a false message of "Virus Detected, This message cannot be displayed" may have been received when attempting to read messages in their Email Security Service Message log.  

 

This was due to an unexpected change in our virus definitions changing the way we monitor for new threats. We have since corrected this action as of 3/18 @ @ 9am PST. And also put in corrective checks to ensure this doesn't occur again.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience experienced.
