Unable to access my copy.com account to backup my files

password expired unable to access email address no longer exist

Hi 

I had to create a fake account in order to post this message.  

About 2-3 years ago I created a copy.com account using my work email address.  I have since left the company and the mailbox no longer exists.  It seems that you forced a password RESET when the heartbleed vulnerability appeared, but of course I did not receive that email. 

I do have my original password - and am hoping that you might be able to give me access to the account to make a backup of the files.

Andy,

if you have had no activity on that account in over a year it would have been deleted. To make sure we will need your email that you used to create the account, so please send it to Cudadrive_support@barracuda.com and we can double check

I have EXACTLY the same problem as this user. I've sent an email to cudadrive_support@barracuda.com regarding this. Is that enough?
