Files have disappeared

I saved some art files to our shared folder and they are now missing.  The last date that I can confirm they were there is March 18th.  Is there any way to recover them?  They are not showing up in the synced files on any of our users computers, nor can they be found on line.  We have also tried accessing the Undelete section in the copy.com desktop application and they are not there either. 


Help?  I need to send those files to production today!
