Barracuda Email Security Service customers may be experiencing delays when sending to Microsoft services (such as Live, Outlook, and Hotmail). We are currently working with Microsoft to resolve these issues and hope to have a resolution by Wednesday. As we continue to see new issues sending to Microsoft we are working with our operations team to mitigate them as quickly as possible and ensure our customers do not see a delay in email delivery to Microsoft services. This issue does not affect delivery of email to Office 365 customers. It only affects delivery of outbound mail to Microsoft services such as live.com, outlook.com and hotmail.com.
