Recently purchased the Link Balancer 430 from an old tech company. Before acquiring the proper admin login credentials, I hard reset the device. Now, after activating the appliance, I'm unable to upgrade the basic firmware as it states EXPIRED, with gpg decrypt code 20 error.
I do not need to purchase any subscriptions, as only need built in Authoritative DNS, which is not option with basic firmware.
Documentation indicates firmware 1.2 or higher required.
Is this a subscription issue or is decrypt code 20 another issue? WAN3 is setup and has active connected internet access. All tools work successfully to internet. DMZ is open to appliance WAN IP.
