We have a 440 ADC load balancer, running HTTP and HTTPS services with content caching enabled.  We enabled content caching about 8 months ago, and the cache efficiency usually hovered around 30%-50%.  However, after upgrading the unit's firmware to version a few weeks ago, the cache efficiency has not risen above 3%.

I had not made any changes to the cache settings.  I checked with our web developers, and they had not made any changes to content headers, etc., which would have affected caching.  I did tweak the cache settings later, but it made no difference.

Has anyone else seen this, or does anyone have any ideas about how to fix it?

Just to follow-up, Barracuda Support did some extensive troubleshooting and determined that this was an issue with the graph displayed in the UI, and caching is actually working fine.  They said it will be fixed in an upcoming firmware release.
