Raising a feature request for this scenario:

We have Direct access enabled on Barracuda windows VPN client. I also have a RSA ACE server deployed. I would like to be able to allow users to login to barracuda VPN at windows windows and also enter their PIN+Token on the SecureID.

I need this as well.  With all the pressure on retailers to meet PCI requirements this should be something a "Leading" security company's firewall product should enable.

Hi Gary and Robbie,

Sorry for the delayed reply and thank you for taking the time to make this feature request.

I am afraid that we do not currently have plans to add extra authentication features into 'Direct Access'. The problem is that SecurID uses one-time passwords, which are not suitable with automatic reconnecting which Direct Acess depends on. Some more details are here: https://campus.barra...tAccessMobile/

I appreciate that this is not directly relevant, but we are working on multi-factor authentication at the moment for both the CudaLaunch App (iOS, Android, Windows and Mac) and the NGF SSL VPN Service (browser portal) and plan to release this with the next major NGF release coming this winter.

Regards,

Tim

Hi Gary,

Thanks for following up. We are tracking progress on this in our new 'ideas portal'. See http://netsecfeedbac...deas/NGFRA-I-29

We are working on this feature at the moment.
