When a message is blocked/quarantined on the ESS, the sender (esp. potential clients) gets a NDR. I want to be able to stop that. It is very confusing to the sender when in fact their messages are being quarantined and not completely being blocked. Obviously, it seems like you have that control capability on the Barracuda appliances (see the below link) but not in the ESS (ess.barracudanetworks.com). This is critical as it affects our organization-(potential)client relationship. Please fix.
