We have detected a service degradation in parts of the Barracuda Email Security Service. While several security layers through the service will continue to be enforced, we urge customers to be cautious about opening mails or attachments or links that are from unknown senders, contain unfamiliar content or exhibit other suspicious characteristics.

We are pleased to inform you that all services for the Barracuda Email Security Service have been fully restored as of 12.15 am Sunday, July 31st. While we expect the impact to customers to be minimal, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the disruption. 

 

In addition to restoring services, we have significantly enhanced system capacity and redundancy as well as implemented additional measures for continuous monitoring.
