Beginning on September 6, 2016 at 8:30AM PDT, customers using Essentials for Email Security could be experiencing a degradation in service when trying to manage the Message Log. Degradation includes message log loading and queries. Barracuda is aware of the issues and is currently investigating. Mail flow and other parts of the user interface are not affected.
