How to Download Exchange DB Revision

 In the Restore Browser, I am trying to download an exchange DB Revision from a few days ago. I can see the revision for the individual DB but can not download it. I only see the Restore Option and then the following "Unknown transfer status" where the download button would normally be.

 

Any Help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Stephen,

 

Is there still data in the replication queue? Have you tried a download directly from the appliance? You can do that by entering the Backup devices IP address in your browser, logging in, and going to the Restore Browser.

FYI I ran into this myself recently.

 

I could not "download" the database to any other machine except the original Exchange server.

 

If I do it from there it works. Likewise a restore to an alternative folder on another machine fails, but on the original Exchange server it works.
