We are currently experiencing some delays in quarantine notifications that are scheduled to go out. 
Mail flow and UI access is unaffected at this time, and working smoothly. 
 
We apologize for any inconvenience from the delays in the notification emails going out, and will post with updates as we work through fixing the delays.

Customers who were affected primarily saw an increase in notification emails delays that increased gradually and came to be severely delayed at around 5:00 AM PDT on October 25, 2016. During the email notification delays, mail flow and all parts of the user interface were not affected.

 

As of 12:10 PM PDT on October 25, 2016, quarantine notifications have been sent out at scheduled times with minimal delays.
