ACTION REQUIRED – Barracuda Appliance Control for Barracuda Email Security Gateway and Barracuda Email Security Service Customers

If you are using Barracuda Appliance Control to manage both your Barracuda Email Security Gateways and the Barracuda Email Security Service through a single Barracuda Cloud Control account, beginning November 14, 2016, you must create a second account. Once created, Barracuda Technical support will migrate your Barracuda Email Security Service domains to the new account.
To create a new Barracuda Cloud Control account, go to login.barracuda.com, click Create a user, and follow the onscreen prompts. For additional direction, see:
Once you create your new account, contact Barracuda Technical support at 408.342.5300 to begin migration of your Barracuda Email Security Service domains to your new account. Note that your configuration and settings remain unchanged and are migrated to your new account.
