Barracuda Spam Virus Firewall sending Quarantine E-mails to EndUsers

Hi,

 

Our Per-User Quarantine Configuration notification Interval is configured as Daily 16:30

Some users complain that they have e-mails within the quarantine received on the same day but they didn't receive at 16:30 a barracuda quarantine e-mail.

 

Is there a way to check if the barracuda has send e-mails to end users with a quarantine notification?

Hello Ray,

 

Barracuda Support can verify if Notifications have been sent out.

 

If you have a syslog server you can capture the GUI Syslog information to see the generation of the message and the Mail Syslog information to see the delivery of this message.

 

There isn't a way to view this within the Barracuda Email Security Gateway GUI.
